Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 4 cupsrice
  2. Prawns
  3. Salt
  4. 1/2Dry camerooun pepper
  5. 1/2 teaspoonCurry
  6. 2Ginger
  7. 1Tumeric
  8. 2Titus fish
  9. 3cksp Vegetable oil
  10. 3 piecesCarrots
  11. 2Onions

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and boil the fish with curry,thyme,salt

  2. 2

    Boil rice for 12minutes,bring it down and wash.

    Put up pot on fire,when dry and hot add vegetable oil.

    After 20seconds,pour in the sliced onion as is frying,cut open the tomatoes paste and add to it.

    Fry for 2mins and be add water.boil for 2mins.

    Add pepper,salt,maggi.

    Blend grate,ginger and tumeric.

  8. 8

    Pour in all blended things,and the stock.

    As is boiling pour in the parboiled rice and stir vigourously with stirrer.

    Cover and boil for 10mins.

    Use warmwater and salt and rinse the prawns.

  12. 12

    Remove the head and pour inside the rice.

  13. 13

    Cover to boil for another 7mins.

  14. 14

    Uncover and stir to mix up very well.

  15. 15

    Wash and cut the Carrots and pour in as well.

  16. 16

    Fry the fish in a hot vegetable oil.

  17. 17

    Fry for 3mins.
