Cooking Instructions

For the sauce In small bowl mix the ketchup brown sugar mustard hot sauce 1/2 tsp worcestershire and vinegar together and set aside

Take the 6 slices of bread and cut them up in small peaces and place in medium bowl then add the milk mix together and set aside

In a small frying pan add the butter garlic onion and red peppers and fry for few minutes until it starts to soften and set aside

In a large bowl mix the beef with the parmesan + salt + worcestershire + season salt + black pepper + parsley + milk soaked bread + onion mixture and mix all together

In a large loaf pan line up with tin foil and place your beef mixture inside and add the slice tomatoes and half the sauce on top and bake in a 350 ° oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes

When meatloaf is finished take it out of the loaf pan and tin foil and place on a serving platter cut a in slices and top with the rest of sauce if you like ( be careful while removing from tin the fat dripping its very hot ) serve with your favorite sides !
