Cooking Instructions

Cut bananas into 5 chucks each (20 banana chucks total).

Whisk soy sauce and honey together in a large bowl.

Stir in banana chucks in sauce mixture to coat
- 4
Set oven rack about 6 inches from heat source and preheat oven broiler
- 5
Wrap banana chucks with a half bacon slice and secure with a toothpick
- 6
Dip the banana/bacon chunks in the remaining sauce and arrange on a baking sheet

Broil for about 8 to 10 minutes or until bacon is browned and crispy
