Ingredients

  1. 2 lbChicken breast
  2. 32 ozChicken broth
  3. 1 cupWater
  4. 1 tspOnion powder
  5. 1 cloveGarlic
  6. 1/2 tspPepper
  7. 1 tspSalt
  8. 3Stalks celery chopped
  9. 1 cupChopped fresh or frozen carrots
  10. 1Potato chopped
  11. 1 cupCorn
  12. 2 cancream of chicken soup
  13. 2 canrefrigerated biscuit dough

Cooking Instructions

    Cut each breast into 3-4 pieces

    Add chicken, water, broth, garlic, and seasonings to pot. Simmer for 20 minutes.

    Remove chicken, shred, and return to pot.

  4. 4

    Add vegetables and cream of chicken soup and cook for approximately 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

    Break each biscuit into 3 pieces and drop in one at a time to pot. Simmer 10-15 minutes. "dumplings" will expand as they cook.
