Ingredients

  1. 10 ozPearl onions, peeled
  2. 5 eachBlack peppercorns
  3. 1/2 tspSalt
  4. 1/2 eachBay leaf
  5. 1/2 tbspHoney
  6. 1 tbspButter
  7. 1 tbspVinegar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare a water bath to 85C.

  2. 2

    Combine ingredients in a vacuum bag and seal.

  3. 3

    Submerge onions in water bath for 40 minutes.
