Ingredients

  1. 10potatoes
  2. 5stalks of celery
  3. 1 1/2onion, chopped
  4. 1 1/2small jar sweet pickles
  5. 3hard boiled eggs
  6. 1/2 cupmayonnaise
  7. 1 cupsour cream
  8. 2 tbspyellow mustard

Cooking Instructions

    Wash off potatoes and put in a pot full of water. Boil for 15-20 minutes then pull them out of the water and set them on the counter to cool.

    Once potatoes are cool peel the skins off. You can keep them on if you prefer. Dice them into bite size pieces.

    Chop celery, onion, egg and pickles into small pieces.

    Add mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard.

  5. 5

    Mix with your hands so you can make sure everything blends well. I let everyone salt and pepper their own to taste.
