Strawberry banana bread

Amber♡ @amolina16
So good and moist! Next time im going to leave chunks of strawberries
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Mix bananas, strawberries, oil, and eggs in bowl until thoroughly mixed. I used a blender just to speed things up, but if you prefer to keep the chunks of strawberries in your bread i suggest otherwise.
- 2
Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl
- 3
Add both mixtures together. Make sure to not leave any dry flour. Mix VERY thoroughly.
- 4
Heat oven to 350. Grease your bread pan with Pam, and bake for 45-60 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Strawberry Banana Bread
This looked so good in a magazine at the doctor's office, I had to try it. That and i had some over ripe bananas at home. Not overly sweet. Very tender bread, will tear apart easily. Very good. Not too heavy on the bananas, good mix with the strawberries.

I usually double this recipe, making 1 loaf and 1 batch of muffins. The recipe is very versatile. You can add more banana if you'd like to increase the banana flavor. I have also made it with add-ins (choc. chips, dried cranberries, chopped walnuts). Stir in after flour.

Chocolate banana bread
It’s a fail-proof, yeast-less bread recipe which you can customise all you want!I used dark cocoa powder as recommended by a friend. The colour turns it to be more pleasing. The chocolate taste wasn’t as distinct but it complemented the bananas. This recipe was shared by my friend, Michelle.
