  1. 10large prawn cleaned
  2. 1green bell pepper julienne
  3. 2red bell pepper julienne
  4. 4carrot grated
  5. 1onion diced
  6. 3 tbspcanola oil
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1knorr cube
  9. 2fresh pepper diced
  10. Dashcurry powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat up frying pan then add canola oil and once it’s hot add onions and sauté for 2 minutes then add prawns stir and fry for 4mins

    Add salt, knorr cube, then pepper and curry powder allow it simmer for 2 minutes

  3. 3

    Add carrot, red bell pepper and green bell pepper stir everything together

  4. 4

    Taste then adjust seasonings and turn off heat.

  5. 5

    Serve with basmati rice
