Used fresh titus because i got tired of the smoked titus fish.draw soup of life.
Cooking Instructions

Wash and grate the okro.

Cook the meat with salt,onion and maggi seasion.cook it for 25mins.

Then cut the fish,remove the dirts and wash with salt.

Add the titus fish to the boiling meat.boil for 3mins.and select the fish out.

Pour in more water inside the meat,pour in palmoil and cover the soup to cook for 5minutes.

Blend the crayfish and fresh pepper and pour inside the soup.

Add salt,maggi seasoning and cover it to cook for another 5minutes.

Pour in the okro with the titus fish and boil for 3minutes.

Wash and cut the uziza leaves and vegetable.pour both together.
- 10
Turn it very well and enjoy the soup with any swallow.

#Ashlab.Okro soup has been one of the most easiest and quickest soup to prepare.some argue that okro takes a lot of time and energy to make,but for me I used the blender method to blend my okro and ogbonno due to the fact that I don’t like the smell that comes from ogbonno,So blending it together with the okro removes the smell and also gives it a nice taste.It’s known as miyan kubewa in Hausa.I love everything about okro soup mixed with ogbonno,especially that part of draw,which makes it fun while eating. Blending your belly pepper,chilly pepper with the garlic,onions and cray fish gives the paste a nice aroma and also taste.Least I forget I used the processed okro because I couldn’t get the fresh okro here .You can cut spinach and add to your okro soup.Don’t forget to wash your hands before you start cooking and also wash all the veggies that needs to be washed. This isn't the most traditional way of making ham and bean soup but still has amazing flavor. I didn't use ham hock, ham shank or bacon which seems to be common. We used a homemade ham stock that we had in the freezer made from the bone of a spiral ham. For the ham chunks I used a combination of leftover ham from a holiday meal and the last bit of the ham I smoked this past summer. If you don't have smoked ham or double smoked in my case you can use a smoked turkey leg and let it simmer in the pot. Or even a drop or two of liquid smoke just to give the extra depth of flavor. Also used the dehydrated onion in place of fresh chopped because it seemed like it would just get lost in there. The only thing I might do differently next time is add spinach or another green to the party. jason williams -
