Ingredients

2 serving
  1. 1 kgOkro
  2. 5Fresh pepper
  3. Salt
  4. 2Onion
  5. 2cksp Palmoil
  6. 2cksp Crayfish
  7. Small leaves Uziza
  8. HandfulVegetables(ugu)
  9. 3 piecestitus fish
  10. 2Maggi seasoning

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and grate the okro.

  2. 2

    Cook the meat with salt,onion and maggi seasion.cook it for 25mins.

  3. 3

    Then cut the fish,remove the dirts and wash with salt.

  4. 4

    Add the titus fish to the boiling meat.boil for 3mins.and select the fish out.

  5. 5

    Pour in more water inside the meat,pour in palmoil and cover the soup to cook for 5minutes.

  6. 6

    Blend the crayfish and fresh pepper and pour inside the soup.

  7. 7

    Add salt,maggi seasoning and cover it to cook for another 5minutes.

  8. 8

    Pour in the okro with the titus fish and boil for 3minutes.

  9. 9

    Wash and cut the uziza leaves and vegetable.pour both together.

  10. 10

    Turn it very well and enjoy the soup with any swallow.
