Ingredients

  1. 7 piecesFresh tomatoes
  2. 4fresh pepper
  3. 1onions
  4. Big bunch Vegetable(ugu)
  5. Salt
  6. 3fresh fish
  7. 2cksp Palmoil
  8. 3Fresh pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Wash fresh fish with warm water and salt then wash vegetables with salt and water.rinse off after the first wash afterward, blend fresh tomatoes and fresh pepper.

    Spice fish with salt,onion and maggi and fry then set aside;
    Boil the tomatoes and pepper till water drys.pour in palmoil and fry.fry for at least 3-5minutes.

    Add crayfish, maggi, salt and boil for 3minutes, taste for seasoning and adjust if necessary and stir and turn off heat after 45seconds then serve with white rice.
