  1. 150 gramsnatural yogurt
  2. 250 mlcoconut cream
  3. 2all butter madeira slab cakes
  4. 200 gramsblueberries
  5. 4bananas
  6. 600 mlwhipping cream
  7. 1vanilla pod
  8. 100 gramscaramel dulce de leche or luxury toffee sauce
  9. 2 tbsplemon juice

    whisk yogurt and coconut cream together. cut madeira cakes into 2.5 cm cubes and add to mixture gliding slowly to coat all cake

    slice bananas and toss in lemon juice to prevent Browning and wash blueberries

  3. 3

    whisk whipping cream till soft peaks form keep 100 grams to one side for decoration. split vanilla pod in half and scoop out seeds. add seeds and caramel to cream an fold until well combined

    put half cake mix in trifle bowl half bananas and half blueberries layered across then add half the cream mixture repeat layers once more

  5. 5

    pipe on the left over cream for decoration
