Ingredients

30 Minutes
6-8 Servings
  1. 2 ClovesGarlic, peeled and finely diced
  2. 4Green Onions, finely sliced
  3. 7 CupsChicken Stock or Broth
  4. 1 CupGinger Root, finely sliced
  5. 1Medium~Hot Chili Pepper, finely diced
  6. 2-3 CupsMushrooms, chopped or whole
  7. 1 CupFresh Lemon Juice (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put the garlic, onions, mushrooms and ginger in a big sauce pot and put it on low heat for a few minutes, and sauté them.

    Add the whole stock and continue to boil.

  3. 3

    Stir very gently, until all of the ingredients become soft.

  4. 4

    Last add the chopped chili, and stir for another five minutes. Then you can serve the soup while it is warm. Add fresh lemon juice to provide more anti-bacterial effects and improve digestion too.
