I love my fried yam crunchy! So i sprinkle in some corn flour before frying. This meal is light yet filling, and you sure will enjoy every bit of it 👍🤗🤗

Ingredients

  1. 1 kgYam
  2. Shrimp
  3. 3large hard tomatoes (sliced)
  4. 8big hard fresh pepper (sliced)
  5. 1medium onion (sliced)
  6. Salt
  7. Seasoning
  8. 5 tablespoonCorn flour
  9. Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Cut, wash and slice yam. Drain off water and add seasoning and salt with the cornflour

  2. 2

    Mix with hand properly then deep fry until golden brown

  3. 3

    Place yam on a sieve to drain off excess oil.

  4. 4

    In another pot on heat, pour in the sliced onions, tomato and pepper and stir fry until dried then add seasoning and salt

  5. 5

    Season the shrimps with little seasoning and fry then add to sauce.
