Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupbutter
  2. 3 cupsflour
  3. 1 1/2 tbspyeast
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 11/2 cupwarm water
  6. 1 cupsugar

Cooking Instructions

    Measure out all ingredients.

    In the warm water, add yeast and mix.

    Add salt, sugar and mix.

    Add your flour in gradually and mix.

    Finally, add your butter in and mix.

    The mix may be sticky, so add a bit of flour

    On a clean board/slate, drop your mix and knead till satisfied.

    Put it in a clean bowl and cover to proof.

    After half an hour, bring out of clean bowl and knead again.

    Set aside to proof for 20 mins.

    Put mix in a baking pan and bake for 30 mins at 150 degrees.

    Serve.
