Preheat oven: 325°

Cream the sugar & butter in a large mixing bowl until light.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

In a small bowl mash the bananas with a fork. Mix in the milk & cinnamon.

In another bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda & salt.

Add the banana mixture to the creamed mixture until combined.

Add dry ingredients just until the flour disappears.

Pour batter in greased bread pan.

Let sit for 1 hour.

Place in oven for 1 Hr 10 Min. Check by sticking a butter knife in the middle & it coming out clean.
