Ingredients

45-55 minutes
8-10 servings
  1. 3ripe bananas
  2. 3 cupsrolled oats (flour)
  3. 1/4 cupalmond milk
  4. 1/3 cupmaple syrup
  5. 2eggs
  6. 1 1/2 tbspcinnamon
  7. 1/8 tspsalt
  8. 3/4 tspbaking soda
  9. 1 tspbaking powder
  10. 1 tspvanilla extract
  11. 1 tbspchia seeds (optional)
  12. 1/2 cupwalnuts, chopped (optional)

Cooking Instructions

45-55 minutes

    Blend the oats until they are oat flour

  2. 2

    Mash the bananas

  3. 3

    Add all of the ingredients together and mix well

  4. 4

    Oil a loaf pan, and pour mixture in

  5. 5

    Bake at 350F for 45-55 minutes
