Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 tbspDijon mustard
  2. 1 dashPaprika
  3. 1 boxFood coloring
  4. 1 tbspVinegar
  5. 1 pinchGranulated sugar
  6. 1 cupMiracle whip
  7. 1 dozenEggs
  8. 1Water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil eggs for about 15-20min.

  2. 2

Cool eggs with cold water, and peel.

  3. 3

Slice peeled eggs length wise with a decently sharp knife.

  4. 4

Coax egg yolks from whites gently, (as to not tear the whites) into a small/medium sized bowl.

  5. 5

Mix in miracle whip, sugar and mustard into bowl of yolks, and Mash til smooth consistency.

  6. 6

Put between 4-6 drops of food coloring per dish. (The smaller the bowl, the better. Water needed will depend on what size you choose.) Then add 1 Tbs. Vinegar per bowl.

  7. 7

Place one egg half per prepared bowl of coloring. Use your own judgment for the amount of color saturation.

  8. 8

Once finished, you can pipe or spoon your yolk filling back into the whites.

  9. 9

Sprinkle a dash of paprika on top of your festive eggs, and enjoy!
