Ingredients

  1. 2 lbschicken, cut into serving pieces
  2. 1large potato, quartered
  3. 1large carrot, sliced
  4. 1large green bell pepper, sliced
  5. 1large red bell pepper, sliced
  6. 1large tomato, sliced
  7. 8 oztomato sauce
  8. 6 clovesgarlic, minced
  9. 1medium onion, diced
  10. 4 pieceslarge hotdogs, sliced
  11. 2 cupschicken broth
  12. 2 piecesdried bay leaves
  13. 1 tspbrown sugar
  14. 4 tbspcooking oil
  15. salt & pepper for taste

Cooking Instructions

    Take a whole chicken and cut it in serving size pieces

  2. 2

    Take all vegetables and hot dog and cut them and have them ready to go

  3. 3

    Take a pot and heat up oil then add garlic & onions and saute for 3 minutes

  4. 4

    Add chicken and cook until color turns light brown on each side

  5. 5

    Add sliced hot dogs and cook for 1-2 minutes

  6. 6

    Pour in tomato sauce and chicken broth and add tomatoes and bay leaves and simmer for 30-40 minutes

    Add potatoes & carrots and simmer for another 7 minutes or until the vegetables are soft

  8. 8

    Add red and green bell peppers, sugar, salt & pepper for taste and cook for another 3 minutes

  9. 9

    Turn off heat & transfer to serving plate. Serve with steamed white rice. Enjoy!
