great taste and easly my favorite dessert
Cooking Instructions

wash and core apples
- 2
remove 1 inch strip of peel in middle of apple all around
- 3
in small bowl mix 2 tablespoons of dark brown suger, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 2 dashes apple pie spice, 1 dash ground cloves, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

sift mix fill apples with apple mix dot each apple with 1/4 teaspoon butter
- 5
preheat oven to 350°
- 6
fill baking dish with half inch deep of apple juice dump 2 tablespoons of dark brown suger in bakeing dish
- 7
place apples in dish place in oven bake until apples are tender spoon glaze over apples occasionally
- 8
serve warm covered with glaze top with whiped cream (optional)
