Very easy and fast. Japanese soy sauce is extremely recommended.One cooking tip is that do not boil udon for too long as you will stir fry it later.So just make it 50% raw.

Cooking Instructions

Boil udon
- 2
Drain udon and set aside
- 3
Cut sausage and crab stick into serving size
- 4
stir-fry sausage and crab stick with oil
- 5
Add corn kernels and drained udon
- 6
Add egg and stir fry it quickly
- 7
Add Japanese soy sauce
- 8
Stir-fry and enjoy :)
