Ingredients

  1. 5Potatoes
  2. 1/2medium sized Butternut
  3. 1 cupgarden peas
  4. 1/4Beef
  5. 2Carrots
  6. 2.Oninons
  7. 1Green pepper
  8. 4 clovesGarlic
  9. 2Tomatoes
  10. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel and wash potatoes and butternut and boil

  2. 2

    Boil the beef and the garden peas

  3. 3

    Blanch the carrot sticks and the green pepper

  4. 4

    Slice onions,chop garlic and fry them till brown

  5. 5

    Add some onions to the boiled potatoes,butternut and mash well.

  6. 6

    Add some other fried onions to the blanched vegs and mix well

  7. 7

    Use the remaining onions to prepare the beef stew

  8. 8

    Serve your food hot
