  1. 1/4 cupSilk Soy Milk
  2. 1 largehead of Cauliflower
  3. 3 cupButternut Squash
  4. 1 tspGarlic Powder
  5. 1/4 cupParmesan Cheese
  6. 1 pinchof Salt and Pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Cook Cauliflower and butternut squash until tender.

    Once tender, peel the butternut squash, cut in half lengthwise , and remove seeds. Place cauliflower in a blender with 2 tablespoons of Silk Soy Milk, 2 Tablespoons of Parmesan Cheese, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Blend until smooth.

    Place squash in blender with 2 tablespoon s of Silk Soy Milk, 2 tablespoons of Parmesan Cheese, 1/2 garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. Blend until smooth.

    Blend cauliflower and butternut squash mixture together and serve
