Cooking Instructions

Remove cauliflower florets from head, rinse, and place into microwave safe bowl. Add a splash of water into the bowl and microwave for 5 to 8 minutes or until soft.

Place cooked cauliflower, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and butter into food processor. Puree until mixture has the composition of mashed potatoes.

Yields 3 to 4 servings. Pepper to taste. Add horseradish for some extra spice. Add cream cheese to make smoother.
