  9. 1/4 cupSugar
  10. 1 cupWater
  11. 1 mediumOnion (cut into 4)
  12. 1 eachBellpepper
  13. 1 packagessmall pineapple tidbits
  14. 1 eachCarrot
  15. 2 tbspSoy Sauce
  16. to make a slurry
  17. 1 tbspCornstarch
  18. 1/4 cupWater
  19. Batter
  20. 1 cupCold Water
  21. 1 pinchsalt
  22. 1 pinchcayenne pepper
  23. 3 eachegg white
  24. 1/2 cupCornstarch
  25. 1 cupFlour
  26. 1 tbspSoy Sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate the Pork by mixing all the marinate ingredients for 30 minutes or more.

    Combine all the ingredients to make a batter add more water according to your desired thickness.

    Heat the frying pan to high heat and adjust to medium heat before putting the pork.

  4. 4

    Dip the pork to the butter then fry.

  5. 5

    for the sauce: Saute the Onion and bellpepper, add the carrots, and the rest of the ingredients.Simmer.

    Add slurry according to the desired thickness

    Add the fried pork, mix well and top with pineapple chunks and onion leeks.

  8. 8

    for best result double fry the pork to make it more crunchy.
