Ingredients

2-3 servings
  1. 300 gmlean pork (cut into thin strips)
  2. 1 tspblack pepper
  3. 1 tbsKorean pepper flakes
  4. 1 tbssesame oil
  5. 1 tbsfermented soy bean paste
  6. 1 tbssweet soy sauce for cooking
  7. 1 tbssugar
  8. 1 cupgreen/spring onion
  9. To mince:
  10. 1medium scallion
  11. 1 inchginger
  12. 5 clovesgarlic

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the pan and add pork, sesame oil, pepper flakes, fermented soy bean paste, sugar, black pepper, soy sauce. Cook until the spices blend well.

    Add mince ingredients together with green/spring onions and cook for another 10-15 minutes (depending on the pan you're using) by lowering the flame, until the juices from the pork show up and the pork turn a bit crispy.

    Remove from heat and serve immediately.
