Ingredients

  1. 2rashers, aldi freshcure reduced salt unsmoked back bacon, or equiv to 95 cals
  2. 37 gramsaldi fishmonger sliced norweigian smoked salmon, or equiv to 53 cals
  3. 1medium egg free range, or equiv to 60 cals
  4. 6 gramsasda reduced fat creme freche, or equiv to 10 cals
  5. 3slices ryvita crackerbread, or equiv to 57 cals

Cooking Instructions

    Divide the salmon into 2 & layer on top of the bacon then roll up each one. In the air fryer put tin foil on the bottom to stop the fat from messing the air fryer & cook for 5 minutes on 180.

    While the 1st 5 minutes is going, crack the egg in a microwaveable bowl and add the creme freche & whisk with a fork. Put 3 cracker bread on a plate.

    Turn the bacon rolls over & put back in for 5 minutes. When 4 minutes is passed pop the whisked egg in the microwave for 35 seconds and then put on the plate, add the bacon rolls & serve!
