Ingredients

  1. 4 tspgrated paneer
  2. 4 tspfinely chopped onion
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. pinchBlack pepper
  5. 4 tspfinely chopped methi leaves
  6. As neededDough for 2 roti
  7. as needed Ghee to make prantha

Cooking Instructions

    Wash methi leaves carefully.

    Make stuffing mix paneer, onion and methi, salt and black pepper keep a side.

  3. 3

    Take ball and make roti add stuffing, sealing and again make roti and spread some methi leaves and press with roller.

    Heat nonstick tava, apply ghee and cook roti both sides till crispy.

  5. 5

    Serve with curd.
