Ingredients

  1. 8tomatillo
  2. 1 bunchgreen onions
  3. 1 bunchcilantro
  4. 1white onion
  5. 2 clovegarlic
  6. 1jalapeño
  7. 1hatch chili
  8. 1Poblano chili
  9. 1Serrano chili optional, if you like it hot
  10. 3limes
  11. 1salt to taste
  12. 1avocado

Cooking Instructions

    In a large, dry skilet on high heat, char the tomatillo, chilies & garlic. I like to cover them to steam a little to.

    When they are softened, and the skins are blackened in some places, remove from heat.

    In a blender add all other ingredients and pulse a few times.

  4. 4

    Now add tomatillo, garlic & chilies. Don't forget the lime juice! You can add water if needed.

    Blend to desired consistency, and taste to adjust seasonings.

    Enjoy! Great with seafood & grilled meats.
