Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 100 gflour
  2. 1 tablespoonbutter
  3. Pinchsalt
  4. 1 tablespoonyeast
  5. 1 table spoonsugar
  6. 1large titus fish
  7. Onions
  8. Garlic (optional)
  9. Tumeric (optional)
  10. Seasoning

Cooking Instructions

    In half cup of warm water, mix your yeast and sugar till it foams up.

    Mix your butter and flour and salt till it feels like bread crumbs.

  3. 3

    Mix your yeast mixture with your flour mixture together to form a dough

  4. 4

    Knead your dough well and allow to rest and double in size

  5. 5

    Boil ur fish with onions, garlic, pepper and season it well

  6. 6

    In little oil, flakes your fish and fry

  7. 7

    Reknead your dough and cut into little sizes

  8. 8

    Roll out your dough and neatly place your fish filling in the dough

  9. 9

    Roll it carefully, making sure your fish filling stays intact

  10. 10

    Allow to rest for 15 mins before frying

  11. 11

    Fry in hot oil till golden brown

  12. 12

    Serve with any cold drink of your choice
