Ingredients

  1. 2 lbricotta cheese
  2. 1 lblasagne pasta
  3. 1 lbmozzarella cheese shredded
  4. 1 tspdried sweet basil
  5. 1 tspdried oregano
  6. 1 1/2 tspsalt
  7. 2 tspgranulated garlic powder
  8. 1 tspcoarse ground black pepper
  9. 1/4 cupsugar
  10. 1 3/4 lbground chuck
  11. 1 largeonion chopped
  12. 20 ozItalian sausage skin removed mild
  13. 30 oztomato sauce

Cooking Instructions

    preheat oven 450°F Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    cook the pasta as it says on box

  3. 3

    rol the sausage in tiny balls cook till done

  4. 4

    remove the sausage from pan save the drippings cook the onions in drippings

  5. 5

    when the onions have sweated add beef cook till brown

  6. 6

    drain off the juices

  7. 7

    add tomato sauce and spices to the meat

  8. 8

    spray a pan 9 x 13 with non stick add layer of pasta on bottom

  9. 9

    add layer of meat to pasta

  10. 10

    add 8 ounces of mozzarella cheese

  11. 11

    add layer of pasta

  12. 12

    add sausage and ricotta cheese

  13. 13

    add pasta

  14. 14

    add sauce

  15. 15

    add cheese bake 45 minutes till cheese is melted and turning golden let rest 10 minutes if you can
