Ingredients

About 2-3 hour
46 breads
  1. 250 gramsugar
  2. 200 grammargarine
  3. 450 mlwater
  4. 1 kilogramwheat flour
  5. 4eggs
  6. 2 tablespoonyeast
  7. Cheese

Cooking Instructions

About 2-3 hour
  1. 1

    Put all of the ingredients into a bowl except cheese

  2. 2

    Mix all of the ingredients using mixer for about 20 minutes

  3. 3

    Let stand for about 20 minutes. That makes the dough expands like the picture beside. It because of the yeast.

    While waiting the dough, spread margarine on the baking sheets

  5. 5

    Grate cheese as much as you want

  6. 6

    Mix it again for about 5 minutes

  7. 7

    Take dough about 40-50 gram

  8. 8

    Fill the dough with cheese as you want

  9. 9

    Put the dough in baking sheet

  10. 10

    Let stand for about 20 minutes

  11. 11

    Roast the bread in the oven with temperature 200°C for about 10-15 minutes

  12. 12

    Bring out the bread and move to wider place

  13. 13

    Let it cool and then eat it 😛
