Cooking Instructions

Steam or boil potatoes till tender but not mushy. While potatoes are cooking dice onion, eggs and celery. Once potatoes are done set aside to cool (I throw them in the freezer to speed the process) mix ingredients together.

Put vinegar, mustard and sugar in a bowl whisk till well blended. Add in mayo and whisk lightly till fully blended.

Delicious, creamy potato salad. I love the crunch and creamy combo. I make this every year for holiday side dishes for thanksgiving and Christmas. Perfect for bbqs and parties. The onlything is i make 3. One like this (loaded), 1 with egg and potato, and one with just potato, all with the yolk mixture though. my family is very particular lol.
