Ingredients

  1. 1kilo of chicken breast
  2. 5 piecesbig half ripe plantain
  3. 10large habanero pepper (ata rodo)
  4. 2green bell pepper
  5. 2large onions
  6. 2large seeds of garlic
  7. 8seasoning cubes
  8. salt
  9. vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Slice your onion,green bell pepper and set aside

    Chop your gralic

    Grind your habanero pepper and set aside

    Cut chicken breast into large chunks and wash. After washing, pour the chicken into a pot, add onion, salt, black pepper, 6 seasoning cubes and garlic, stair well and cook the chicken for about 20 minutes.

    Remove the chicken from the pot and drain out the water.

    Allow the pot to dry a bit and sprinkle about 3 table spoon of vegetable oil, cook it for 1 minute, add onion, garlic and ground pepper, fry for 3 minutes and add cooked chicken, continuously stair fry the chicken in the pot as you add 4 seasoning cubes, sliced green bell pepper, more sliced onions, stair fry for another 2 minutes and set aside

    Wash plantain and cut into large chunks, place in the pot and add enough water to cover the plantain, add salt and place on fire to boil for at least 10 minutes, when it is done,drain the water, peel the back and serve with the chicken Asun
