Taisen's husband's fried kielbasa and potatoes
I was trying to think of something quick to make that my husband would be ok with eating and that wouldn't be to bad with his diet. This isn't exactly a great diet food but it filled him up with a smaller portion and it went well with the butter and herb rice. He is picky so I am lucky he even added onion in ! I came up with this , got the stuff to make it and he ended up cooking it. Now he loves it and so do the kids. Quick , easy dinner. Used light kielbasa and olive oil to help lighten it some. Hope you enjoy it if you try it !

Natto Pasta Scented with Yuzu Pepper
I combined two of my favorites, natto and yuzu pepper. I didn't want to use the frying pan so I thought up this easy pasta that just needs to be mixed. The yuzu pepper is the key to this pasta, so I added more than is indicated. If you don't like spicy food please adjust the amount.I tried using instant pickle powder since I had a lot of it on hand, but you can use konbucha (salted konbu seaweed powder) instead. For 2 servings. Recipe by love rsoul

Sublime Beef Stew with Red Wine
This is the go-to special-day dish in our house.A beef stew for special occasions! When you are simmering the stew or dissolving the roux, do not stir the stew around with a spatula. The meat will fall apart. The vegetables shouldn't be added too early (if you're simmering them in the stew), not only because they will dissolve, but because they'll turn black. So I recommend adding them near the end of the cooking time. For 1 box of stew roux worth. Recipe by Gaserisa

Taisen's 5 bean chili
I am not big on meats . I will eat meats but I prefer non meat food. I have wanted to do a chili with nothing more then a variety of beans , spice and tomato. Surprisingly my kids and husband who are big on hamburger and such actually really enjoyed this. So we all were happy ! Ate this for 2 nights with no complaints. We did it with cornbread, but next time it will be salad
