  1. Sweet corn
  2. Green peas
  3. Red pepper
  4. Carrot
  5. 3knorr
  6. 2 cupsrice
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 2medium spring onions
  9. 1onion bulb
  10. Green beans
  11. 1 cupVeg. Oil
  12. Garlic
  13. Liver

Cooking Instructions

14 minutes
  1. 1

    Parboil rice for 5 minutes

    Wash and chop all vegetables

  3. 3

    Sieve and wash the rice

  4. 4

    Heat the veg. oil for 1 minute add all vegetables to fry, add the chopped garlic and seasoning

  5. 5

    Allow to fry for 3minutes then add rice and allow to cook for 5minutes.

  6. 6

    Fried rice is ready
