Whenever I want to eat sun-dried fish, I have to make a trip to the Asian market to find these types of fish. This dish is quick and easy to make.

The green sauce I made for this dish doesn’t use mayonnaise. It’s great for dipping shrimp, meats, chicken, fish, or artichokes. The shrimp are served with a celery salad, a green bean and tomato salad with red onion, and cooked artichoke leaves for dipping in the same sauce.
