  2. 5 ouncespeeled shrimp
  3. 1small green onion
  4. 2 tablespoonstomato sauce
  5. 2 clovesgarlic
  6. 1potato
  7. fresh cilantro
  8. 3/4 cupwhite wine, Verdejo from Rueda
  9. 1 pinchsweet paprika, D.O. Murcia
  10. 3 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
  11. flour
  12. salt

    Place a clay pot on the stove with the oil. Add salt to the cod and lightly coat it in flour. Lightly fry on both sides and set aside.

    In the remaining oil in the pot, sauté the green onion. When it becomes translucent, add the tomato sauce and paprika. Stir and sauté, then add the wine and let it evaporate for a few minutes. Next, add the chopped garlic with the cilantro and 1 small glass of water. When it starts to boil, add the peeled and sliced potato, about 1/2 inch thick, and cook for 10 minutes.
