Pork tenderloin stuffed with herbs and garlic, wrapped in bacon Pork tenderloin stuffed with herbs and garlic, wrapped in bacon
I threw a small bbq party for a couple of friends the other day. While shopping I picked up a pork tenderloin just because it was on sale. When I got home I didn't just want to throw it on the grill as I usually do so I started thinking. Now I know there must be tons of these recepies out there, probably even close to identical to this, but since I prefer going on my gut instinct instead of following recepies I'll still call this my own... The end result was so awesome and I practically got a standing ovation for it, I have no alternative but to share it with you. Enjoy!nickapaul

Pork Tenderloin Stuffed with Italian Meats Pork Tenderloin Stuffed with Italian Meats
I had leftover italian deli meats and wanted a dinner idea with them and this is the result. The pork was so tender and really flavored well with the meats. The cheese is spicy so choose a milder one if you prefer. The sauce is just a simple tomato type Alfredo sauce which would go well with oasta, rice or potatos fenway -

Roast Pork Tenderloin Roast Pork Tenderloin
This unconventional way to roster pork tenderloin really produces an amazingly juicy pork. It is critical to have the meat at room temperature before roasting and to have the exact weight of your roast. It's incredibly simple if you follow those two rules. You will be rewarded with a great main dish and it also makes amazing sandwiches, sliced thin with lettece, tomato and cheese! fenway -
