Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgOkro
  2. 1/4 kgMeat
  3. Salt
  4. 4fresh Pepper
  5. 2 handfulVegetable(ugu)
  6. leafUziza
  7. 2cksp Palmoil
  8. 1cksp Crayfish
  9. Knorr seasoning
  10. 2smoked Titus fish
  11. 1 teaspoonuziza seed
  12. 1stock fish

Cooking Instructions

    Cut okro and cut onions inside it.beat both very well.and keep aside.

    Wash and cook the meat with onion,maggi and salt.

  3. 3

    Allow it to cook for 30 -35minutes.

    Now add more water to the meat but measure it to the quantity for the soup.

    Pour in palmoil and cover to boil.boil for 10mins to make the palmoil boiled very well.

    Use warm water and salt.wash the smoked fish.add to the pot.

    Add crayfish,maggi,salt,uziza seed(blended) and fresh pepper.

    Boil for 8minutes and add the okro.please don't cover,just boil for 2mins.

    Wash and cut the vegetable nicely.

  10. 10

    Pour in the vegetable,turn and turn off the heat.
