Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1/2 kgOkro
  2. leavesUgu and uziza
  3. 5Fresh pepper
  4. 2cooking spoon Crayfish
  5. Salt
  6. 2 cubesKnorr
  7. 2cooking spoon Red oil
  8. 1/2Onion
  9. 1Stock fish
  10. 1big cup Garri

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash the stock fish ith warm water and salt.boil with salt,onion and maggi cube.boil it for 20minutes.

    Wash and grate the okro,slice the onion and blend the crayfish and fresh pepper.

    Add water to the boiled stockfish with red oil cover to boil for 10mins.

    Add the crayfish,fresh pepper and salt,stir after 5minutes add maggi cubes.

    Wash the vegetables(ugu and uziza)then slice.

    Pour in the okro,stir and uncover the soup boil for 2minutes then pour in the vegetables.stir very well taste for salt and add if need be.
