Ingredients

2 serving
  1. 1 kgOkro
  2. Salt
  3. 2cooking spoon Crayfish
  4. 1/4 kgPeri wrinkle
  5. 7Fresh pepper
  6. HandfulVegetables(ugu and uziza)
  7. 3cooking spoon Palmoil
  8. 1Stock fish head
  9. 1/2 kgBeef
  10. Salt
  11. 3Maggi seasoning

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the okro,cut the vegetables(igu and uziza)

  2. 2

    Blend the crayfish and fresh pepper.

  3. 3

    Boil the beef and stockfish with onion,salt and maggi seasoning.boil for 30minutes.

    Add more water to the meat and stockfish add palm oil and allow it to boil for 30minutes.

    Add blended pepper and crayfish,salt and maggi seasoning.boil for 10minutes.

    Add the okro,turn the soup very well please dont cover the soup.

  7. 7

    After 3minutes pour in the vegetables(uziza and ugu)

    Stir and rinse the peri wrinkle and pour in.after 1minutes enjoy the hot yuy olro with eba
