Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgOkro
  2. 1/2 kgMeat
  3. 2Smoked fish
  4. 2cksp Palmoil
  5. 1cksp Crayfish
  6. Salt
  7. 1medium sized onion
  8. 2knorr seasoning
  9. Handfuluziza leaf
  10. Handfulvegetable(ugu)
  11. 3yellow pepper
  12. 2 cupswheat

Cooking Instructions

    Wash okro with salt.and cut nicely.

  2. 2

    Cook the meat and stockfish with the knorr seasoning,onion,salt.cook for 30minutes.

    Pour in palmoil inside the boiled meat and stockfish.add more water if the stock is small.

    Boil for 8mins.add crayfish,pepper,knorr seasioning and salt.

    Boil for 4mins.wash and slice uziza leaf.

    Pour uziza leaf after 1min,pour in the vegetable(ugu).

  7. 7

    Bring down after 1min,.

  8. 8

    Boil 1 and half cup of water,as is boiling pour in the wheat gradually and be stirring vigourly with a wooden spoon.

    Stir as is boiling for 2mins add little more water and boil for 3minutes.turn off the heat.
