Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsflour
  2. 1 TBSyeast
  3. 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1 tspnutmeg
  6. 1/4 cupliquid milk
  7. 2. 3/4 cup warm water

Cooking Instructions

    Sift all dry ingredients together in a bowl.

    Add water, milk and mix till smooth

  3. 3

    Cover bowl with kitchen towel and keep to double in size for about 45 minutes

  4. 4

    Heat oil and scoop some batter into the oil with your hand by pressing the batter to come out from between your thumb and index finger

  5. 5

    Deep fry till golden brown

  6. 6

    Place on paper towel to absorb excess oil. Enjoy!
