Cooking Instructions

Remove fava beans from their pods. And cut a small slit into the outer casing (skin) of the bean, on the end opposite from the black dot. This will make the bean easier to pop out by squeezing it when you eat.

Add a good amount of water boiling in a medium pan and add a pinch of salt. Bring to boil.

Once boiled, add fava beans and boil for approx. 5 mins on medium heat.
