MOM'S RECIPES. My mom used to make this soup especially during Holy Week, but since my siblings and I loved it so much, we would ask her to make it more often. It's very delicious, with a creamy texture. It's served piping hot. Its aroma takes me back to my childhood family table. Plus, there's a reward the next day.
