Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupplain white flour
  2. 1/4 tspbaking powder
  3. 4eggs (lightly beaten)
  4. 2 cupsmilk
  5. 75 grammelted butter
  6. 1 cupgrated cheese
  7. 1small onion (chopped)
  8. 1 tbschives (chopped)
  9. Vegetables (eg. mushroom, broccoli)
  10. 440 gram(optional) pink salmon can drained, any meat substitute

Cooking Instructions

    Shift flour and baking powder into large bowl

    Make a wall in the center & stir in combined eggs, milk and butter

  3. 3

    Add salmon or other meat (i usually use chicken or smoke beef), onion, cheese, salt, pepper, chives & vegetables

  4. 4

    Pour into greased 24cm (large) oven proof shallow dish

  5. 5

    Cook at 180 degree C for 45mins / till set, serve either hot or cold
