  1. 2 cupsonions sliced
  2. 1 cupchick pea flour (Besan)
  3. 1 tbsprice flour
  4. To tasteSalt
  5. 2 tbspgreen chilli, ginger and Garlic paste
  6. 1 tspWhole coriander
  7. 2 tbspfresh green coriander
  8. 1/4 teaspoonAjwain
  9. 1/2 tea spoonjeera
  10. 1/4 tea spoonhaldi powder
  11. as neededOil for fry

Cooking Instructions

    Squeeze the onions with your palms.

    Mix all ingredients except oil.

    Mix everything well to coat the onions with the flour.

  4. 4

    Add little water as Per require.

  5. 5

    The dough must be tight and not soggy.

  6. 6

    Heat oil in a kadai or fry pan for deep frying the pakoda.

  7. 7

    Take a small amount of dough and make small pakoda and drop them in the oil.

    Fry them till golden.

  9. 9

    Serve onion pakoda with green chutney, souce and Tea.
