Wash and soak sabudana for 20 min,then remove excees of water leave 2-3hours, if sabudana get dry sprinkle some drops of water. 2.roste the peanuts and coarsely grind them. 3. Boil potetos and cut them in to big pieces

Let put the pan / kadahi on gas add ghee and add cumin seed and green chilli's, { then flame off } then all ingredients salt, red chilli, black pepper, sugar, cumin powder, potetos, peanut powder all are add in soaked sabudana and mix well.Then on the gas {low flame} all ingredients mix in pan with cumin and green chilli's now cook for 15-20min on low flame till it become well steamed. At last Add some lemon juice and coriander leaves. Serve it with curd
