Poquito Picante Hot Sauce by Boca de Fogo Poquito Picante Hot Sauce by Boca de Fogo
I am so happy that I finally nailed an everyday SoCal taco shop red hot sauce! For a while I've been trying different things to get that taste that I grew up with in Southern California's taco shops and I just seem to miss something every time. But not this time! This is a medium red sauce so everyone should be able to handle the heat level and it has a very unique, almost sweet taste mixing habanero and serrano peppers. I hope you enjoy! Boca de Fogo -
Fuhgitaboudit Spaghetti Sauce Fuhgitaboudit Spaghetti Sauce
I wanted to make a good, homemade spaghetti sauce, but it's the middle of summer and I definitely didn't want to warm up my house any more than I had to. What ensued was my endeavors to make a good, hearty spaghetti sauce in my slow cooker. The result is this easy and delicious sauce you can cook all day without heating up your kitchen. You will use your stove minimally to prep your tomato paste infused veggies, but after that just throw it all in the crock pot and "fuhgitaboudit". StephieCanCook -

Italian Chicken in Tomato Sauce Italian Chicken in Tomato Sauce
I was inspired by a chicken dish that I ate at an Italian restaurant to make this recipe.Simmer longer to make the chicken softer and the onions creamier. Please shorten the simmering time if you prefer your onions to retain their shape.Add more sugar and ketchup into the sauce if you like it sweeter.I usually leave some sauce for the following day to enjoy some pasta for lunch. No oil no onion PIZZA SAUCE with fresh herbs No oil no onion PIZZA SAUCE with fresh herbs
I don’t tolerate onions so I’ve learned to cook without them and I usually leave out garlic too because although it’s easier for me it still makes me tired. If you are missing that garlic flavor add some garlic powder to the sauce as well. This pizza sauce with fresh herbs is flavorful even without and very low fat. It’s also quick to make in one pot with easy cleanup, no chopping onions and smelling up your kitchen either. #lowfat and #oilfree wgreen39
