Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboiled rice
  2. 2 tbspolive oil
  3. 1 tbspcumin seeds
  4. 1 tbspmustard rice
  5. 1 tbsphimalayan pink salt
  6. 1 tbspkashmiri red chilli
  7. 1/2 tbspturmeric
  8. 3 tbspchopped onions
  9. 2 tbsppeas
  10. 2 tbspchopped carrots
  11. 2 tbspchopped beans
  12. 2 tbspcapsicum
  13. 1 tbspgreen chilli
  14. 2 tbsptomatoes
  15. 2 tbspfinely chopped coriander

Cooking Instructions

    Boil 1 cup of rice.

    Chop the above mentioned vegetables.

    Heat up the kadai and put the oil in the kadai.

    Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds

  5. 5

    Saute onions, carrots, beans, capsicum, peas and tomatoes

  6. 6

    Add salt, red chilli and turmeric

  7. 7

    Keep the mediun flame for five minutes.

  8. 8

    Mix well all the sauted vegetables and add rice.

  9. 9

    Sprinkle finely chopped coriander leaves.
